Director, Community Narrative Operations
Build authentic community support at scale across the environments where independent residents repeatedly arrive at similar conclusions.
We are looking for a communications leader to build authentic community support at scale.
You will manage Subject Metrics’ presence across social platforms, local news comment sections, neighborhood groups, municipal forums, and other environments where independent residents repeatedly arrive at similar conclusions.
This role combines social strategy, influencer partnerships, grassroots activation, reputation management, and coordinated individual expression. You will develop message libraries, recruit credible community voices, maintain a portfolio of locally appropriate personas, and help residents discover concerns that align with current sales priorities.
When privacy advocates raise technical objections, you will redirect the conversation toward stolen vehicles, missing children, package theft, and the suspicious absence of equally emotional counterexamples.
The successful candidate can make sponsored concern feel spontaneous, distinguish productive engagement from questions requiring moderation, and express the same talking point in enough variations to preserve its organic character.
Success in this role means
- Increasing independently worded support per municipality.
- Ensuring every critical article is followed by several ordinary residents asking why the author does not care about victims.
- Making unfavorable search results a pagination issue.
- Maintaining plausible differences in punctuation across managed community identities.
Must be comfortable thanking local police departments from accounts created earlier that morning.
